• NOTE – ATTENTION From July 1st to August 31st, 2026, the new summer traffic regulations will be in effect in the city of Salzburg. These regulations include a traffic restriction for cars up to 3,5 tons in the city center. The affected areas are the quays along the Salzach River, the Staatsbrücke (State Bridge), Müllner Hill, and the Neutor (New Gate) and its extension towards the Franz-Josef-Kai.
