On June 10th the Salzburg alpine summer opened at the Schnitzhofhütte on the Postalm. Then the high season for the alpine huts, customs and tradition begins.

The cows and horses come to the alpine pastures, such as the Postalm – Austria's largest alpine pasture area. The tasty alpine cheese is made in the gourmet region Tennengau alpine cheese freshly prepared again. After a beautiful alpine hike one looks forward to a fragrant Almjause. Total includes the Tennengau gourmet region 40 gourmet partners, all of which produce high-quality regional products.
