I am the author of the picture or have obtained all necessary rights. I transfer to the Abtenau Tourist Association (Markt 165, 5441 Abtenau) the non-exclusive, temporally and geographically unlimited rights to the image for use in any form in all media and for further licensing to third parties. The uploaded images are published in the image gallery provided for this purpose on www.abtenau-info.at (except for images that do not comply with ethical and moral rules). There is no notification of deletion. Selected images are also used for a commercially used illustrated book in printed form, where the unlimited rights are also given to the Abtenau Tourist Office. The author must be named in the specified form.
